developing,
and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions. Before becoming CEO, he worked
for 15 years in
various companies like Microsoft, Wipro, NCC Group and was
involved in leadership, strategy,
business development, project management, customer relationship, account management,
etc. Vamshi has been
instrumental in driving the company’s growth, wider profile, and strategic
direction.
He holds a master’s degree in IT and Computers from the Manipal Institute of
Technology.
Bhaskar Gangipamula is a President at Lenora Systems
with 20+ years
of experience in the areas of Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and
Implementation of software systems and
tools. He is passionate about technology and is dedicated to enabling its
transformational impact by combining
innovative business ideas. He served as a Technical
Program Manager/BI Architect at
Microsoft responsible for the Microsoft Worldwide Consumer Channel Group (CCG)
revenue planning, forecasting,
reporting tools, and processes. Bhaskar also worked in multiple roles at Microsoft
and started his career as a Sr.
Software Engineer at Wipro.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology.
Ram Paluri is the Chairman of Lenora Systems
with two
decades of business generation,
operations management, and entrepreneurship experience. Lenora Systems, he is
responsible for managing the company’s
expansion into new territories and technologies and maintaining our growth-focused
culture. Ram brings his
innovative and collaborative approach to solving complex business challenges to
ensure that client is at the center
of the solution Before this, he worked with Wipro as a Project Lead. Intending to
support, preserve, and perpetuate
the cultures and origins of Telugu people in the US, he also served as President of
the Washington Telugu Society
(WATS).
